My teaching philosophy is that yoga really is, and can be, for everyone. A consistent yoga practice can improve many aspects of physical and mental health across the life course.
Each body is anatomically unique and every person has different needs from yoga.
Especially in midlife, as our bodies change.
My goal is to create a yoga experience for you that is enlivening for both body and soul. Slow, thoughtful movement and breath awareness are designed to build balance, strengthen muscle, mobilize joints, and promote mindfulness.
